My background combines years of leadership in some of the UK’s largest retailers—including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and COOP—with consultancy experience that focuses on improving operational efficiency and reducing overheads. In every role, one challenge stood out: managing rising business costs, particularly in energy and staffing.

In 2017, I launched Riseb to help organisations optimise strategy and operations. That’s where I saw the increasing need for sustainable, long-term energy solutions—not just one-off savings. This led to the creation of Vitalis, where we make energy and carbon reduction part of a bigger cost-saving picture.

As a certified energy manager, I help businesses take control of energy costs and carbon footprints in a way that supports wider financial and operational goals. Our focus is on

smart, tailored strategies that make sustainability commercially valuable.
